Mirror frames are there to remind you about someone else, to let you see yourself in a bit different environment than the one you are used to, to remind you of all those beings depending on human actions...
Frames are made from different types of wood, depending on the theme. Each frame is made of one piece of wood, cut on the scroll-saw, carved, sanded, woodburned and in more or less extent stained. I do not use paints, for stains allow grain of the wood itself to be seen. After staining frames are protected using appropriate varnish and the mirror is attached on the back. Some mirrors are both stand-alone and hanging, whatever is the preference. Most of the mirrors presented are custom orders. You can find more of them in Donations page.
